The purpose of this conference is to provide high-quality, TCH (Training Contact Hours) accredited education and networking opportunities for water and wastewater professionals. Our two day conference and one day "Pre-Conference Session" offers a learning environment with education sessions and interactive opportunities with leading manufactures in the field of water and wastewater technology. Audience
Attendees are primarily water and waste water operators from entry to senior-level holding a variety of water and collection licenses, engineers and employees from towns and municipalities serving multiple functions within the water and wastewater field. The operators from The State of New Jersey are facing current and future challenges with State and Federal water quality rules and regulations. A percentage of the attendees are CPWM's (Certified Public Works Manager's), Superintendents, Executive Directors, and other township decesion makers. By the numbers (2007)
In 2007 NJWA conference had approximately 300 attendees between the two days. Approximately 40 vendors and 25 presentations varying in theme from Dechlorination of water mains, NJPDES Updates, Data Management, Sewer Pipe Inspections.
