The New Jersey Water Association (NJWATER) has several different programs that specialize in matters of water and wastewater. The Drinking Water Programs focus on assisting water utilities with training sessions, CCR development, facility maintence and productivity. The drinking water program also helps small water systems that may have questions about compliance, treatment techniques and license renewals. The assistance to rural or small community systems is met with the help of borrowing equipment for basic line location and leak detection. This program will also assist systems on-site if requested.

Just have a question about something related to your Consumer Confidence Report? NJWATER continues to help small and large utilities write their CCR"s so they can stay in compliance with the mandated requirements for water quality reporting to consumers. Wastewater Training & Technical Assistance - Rod Lucas
The Wastewater Program assists small communities and municipalities with many issues in waste water management. This programs circuit rider travels the entire state assisting in effulent operations, maintenance programs, and troubleshooting. The use of our new lateral sewer camera can aid in finding blockages and obstructions in sewer lines.
Water Distribution - Technical Assistance - Lester Mattison & Paul Britt, P.G.
The purpose of this program is to protect New Jersey"s investment in small municipal water systems by providing on-site technical assistance that assures cost-effective operations and adequate income for both operations and debt service throughout the state.The New Jersey Water Association provides assistance to water systems throughout New Jersey.
The Circuit Rider Technical Assistance Program provides on-site assistance to New Jersey water systems This assistance is provided by NJWATER Water Circuit Riders who assist systems in all areas of management, operations, and maintenance. NJWATER currently has two water Circuit Riders who assist municipal water system managers and operators in the Garden State.
These technical advisors have access to some advanced equipment that can be brought on-site for a water systems to utilize*. Line locators, leak detection, and many other items that your system may need only once or twice a year. Please contact our office or Lester directly for more information about these services.
Lester Mattison has many years of experience in the water and wastewater field. Lester has experience with multi-sized water and wastewater distrubutions systems.
Paul Britt has a degree in Geology and specializes GIS, GPR and GPS technology.
