Description

The Department of Environmental Protection is holding an external stakeholder session for its Operator Certification program, governed by the Licensing of Water Supply and Wastewater Treatment System Operators regulations, N.J.A.C. 7:10A.

Presentations by NJDEP staff will outline current responsibilities of NJ Water and Wastewater operators and identify program improvements that clarify roles and responsibilities and improve existing processes. This session will provide opportunities for participants to ask questions and provide comments to NJDEP staff regarding the future of the Water and Wastewater Operator Certification Program.

Timing
Sign-in and refreshments begin at 8:30 a.m.
The Stakeholder Session Start Time is 9:00 a.m.
Expected end time is around noon.

Location
Hightstown Engine Company #1, 140 North Main St. (Route 539)
Downtown Hightstown Borough, Mercer County.

Park behind the building using the driveway to the right. Walk to the front of the building and enter through the doors on the left front of the building.
Take elevator or stairs to the second floor.

This is a Stakeholder Session, not Certified Training.
