Steven Brenner based in State College, PA, Steve is the PA Regional Manager for Cityworks. Mr. Benner has over thirty years of experience providing GIS-based solutions to local government in Pennsylvania. His expertise includes geospatial technologies, asset management, photogrammetry, and aerial survey. Steve’s solutions knowledge water/wastewater/stormwater, land records, property assessment, and emergency response. He graduated from Penn State with a BS in Earth Science, with concentration in Cartography and Remote Sensing.

Vincent Fortino joined ESRI in September of 2018 as a Solution Engineer with the Global Water Practice. As a Solution Engineer, his primary responsibilities are to promote the ArcGIS Platform’s solutions & best practices in the water industry as well as work with utility organizations closely to empower their success with the platform. Previously to working for ESRI, Vince worked as a GIS Analyst with New Jersey American Water while attending West Chester University pursuing a Graduate Degree in Geography.
