Description: This three- hour seminar will examine the legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to ethics for public employees in the state of New Jersey. Instructors Margaret Carmeli, Esq. and George Tyler, Esq. have a combined 50 years in legal practice representing clients in environmental, land use, water and wastewater planning, permitting, enforcement, intellectual property and employment issues among others.
