Description:
This three- hour seminar will examine the legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to ethics for public employees in the state of New Jersey. Instructors Margaret Carmeli, Esq. and George Tyler, Esq. have a combined 50 years in legal practice representing clients in environmental, land use, water and wastewater planning, permitting, enforcement, intellectual property and employment issues among others. They will provide guidance necessary to comply with state requirements, examine ethical issues, and review case studies to ensure that participants are aware of the ethical and legal ramifications of their actions.
