NJWA Water Circuit Rider

The New Jersey Water Association Circuit Rider program,  began in the early 90's, has two Circuit Riders assisting in the field of water treatment and distribution. Circuit Riders specialize in providing on-site, hands-on assistance to rural and small municipal water systems.

 

The Circuit Riders provide assistance and training to the systems in all areas of management, operation, and maintenance to ensure financial and operational viability. The Circuit Rider’s assistance helps protect the government’s investment by aiding these systems to become high quality, well-managed utilities.

 

We believe that it is in the best interest of the utility, and its personnel, to gain in experience and expertise from the assistance that our field staff imparts on a technical assistance visit. We are fortunante to be able to provide on-site assistance with line location, leak detection and compliance assistance at no-fee to our small water system utilities.
