1. Load-In
Tuesday, October 6 - 2:00-8:00 PM
Booth setup and registration pickup
Move in and set up your booth any time during this window. Table and booth selection is first come, first served.
Pick up your exhibitor registration packet on-site at setup - there's no separate registration line the morning of the conference.
| Heads up: everything needs to be in place by 8:00 PM Tuesday. The exhibit hall opens with breakfast at 7:00 AM Wednesday, so there is no move-in window the morning of Day 1. |
2. Exhibit Hall Hours
| Wednesday, October 7 7:00 AM - Hall opens (Breakfast/Registration) 10:30 AM - Morning break 12:00 PM - Lunch & Awards 5:30 PM - Vendor Social 7:00 PM - Hall closes | Thursday, October 8 7:00 AM - Hall opens (Breakfast) 10:30 AM - Morning break 12:00 PM - Lunch & Awards 1:00 PM - Tear-down begins |
Breakfast, breaks, lunch, and Wednesday's Vendor Social all take place in the exhibit hall - plan your booth staffing around these built-in traffic windows.
3. Tear-Down
Thursday, October 8 - after 1:00 PM
Booths come down after lunch - not before
Tear-down begins once lunch and the exhibit-hall portion of Day 2 wrap at 1:00 PM. Please keep your booth fully intact through lunch - afternoon sessions (Ethics and SCADA tracks) run 1:00-3:00 PM without exhibit hall access, so there's no rush once tear-down opens.
4. Getting to the Loading Dock
Waterfront Conference Center (WCC) Loading Dock - 777 Harrah's Blvd, Atlantic City, NJ 08401
- Head straight on Harrah's Blvd.
- Turn right onto MGM Blvd.
- Turn right onto the road behind Harrah's - Waterfront Way.
- Continue around the back of the Conference Center; the loading dock is on your right.

5. Good to Know
Hotel Business Center Open Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (hours subject to change) if you need printing or shipping support while on-site.
